Entry-level position focused on aircraft completions disciplines such as cabinet making, cabinet finishing, upholstery, carpet and installation.

Inventory Coordinator

Follow procedures to move parts and materials, unload freight and process pick and delivery tickets.

High School Youth Apprentice

Perform various tasks in manufacturing, engineering, accounting and finance, materials, service center, marketing, human resources and other departments at Gulfstream. Responsibilities vary by department.

Inventory Materials Specialist

Work under supervision to process, issue, pick up and ship parts.

Experience: One year in materials, shipping, receiving, warehouse or stockroom operations

Quality Control Inspector

Ensure aircraft parts, subassemblies, major assemblies and installations are built to type design.

Sheetmetal Technician

Fabricate and install complex interior subassemblies in aircraft.

Structural Mechanic

Assist in structural assembly operations in a production department.

Technical Designer

Create basic electronic layouts, sketches, models and drawings using computer-aided design tools.
Education: Two-year degree in drafting, design, engineering or manufacturing technology

Tool Maker

Lay out and construct tools from Tool Design.
Education: High school graduate or GED
Experience: One year of machine shop experience or training at a vocational technical school

Upholstery Technician

Install upholstery, cover panels and make patterns for aircraft interiors.

Aircraft Technician

Perform or assist with inspection, maintenance and repairs of basic aircraft systems and structures.
Education: High school graduate or GED
Experience: A&P certificate or two years in aviation maintenance

Avionics Installer

Assist with the removal, installation and testing of avionics electrical components.
Education: High school graduate or GED
Experience: Six months of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience preferred.

Avionics Technician

Assist with troubleshooting, installation and functional testing of electrical/avionics components.
Education: High school graduate or GED
Experience: Related work experience or two years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics

Cabinetmaker Finisher

Cabinetmaker / Finisher

Assist with the fabrication of aircraft cabinets and other wood-surfaced subassemblies.
Education: High school graduate or GED
Experience: Woodworking, wood finishing or auto body and painting in a technical environment or completion of a certificate in cabinetmaking preferred and/or completing in current-year youth apprenticeship in area of expertise

College Intern OR Co-op
